I'm not going to Vegas after all next week. My sister is there now with our auntie and uncle but i won't be able to make it. I told them to tell me ahead of time of their schedule so i can book early and arrange all the kids schedule, but they called me late. Even then, i can still get my ticket cheap but apparently, my auntie booked the ticket using my sister's married name which she never uses. Her passport and all identifications uses Burgos, our last name, so now they can't change the ticket unless they pay for a new one. I called up my travel agent here and told him our situation and he said to use their marriage license for identification. He assured me his clients uses it for international flights and it works. I waited and waited for their call to tell me they'll go ahead with their trip to Vegas but didn't hear anything. Yesterday, I got a call from my sister from the airport in Cleveland, Ohio that they made it. She showed her marriage license to the checker and no problem at all and now they're boarding a plane for Vegas so what about me????huh???????? I had to explain to her that i can't possibly get a ticket at this time without paying mucho $$$$$$$$. I checked anyway.......and the ticket was like $400 up and i thought that was too much when i could have gotten that same ticket for a hundred or so two weeks ago. Besides, my husband is really busy with work so i guess it's better this way. BUT I MISSED THE CHANCE TO SEE MY SISTER................She lives in Canada but will be leaving soon for Hongkong to be with her husband who works there. Her husband got her a permanent resident permit in Hongkong so she can stay there indefinitely. Oh wellllllllllllllllll...........I'm disappointed........but i'll see her next year....and my family's going to Las Vegas this October for a wedding......and off to California to go to amusement parks there.......until next year sistahhhhhhh.
